Are there any youth sports programs for 3 year olds in kansas city, kansas?
Friday, April 30th, 2010My son will not be 4 until June. Does anyone know of any place in Kansas City that will allow him to play?
I am wondering the same thing!

No, it’s legal in Vegas. It doesn’t matter where you actually live. I paid for my last trip to Vegas from the sportsbook!
Which game delivers a better workout? And which one is better overall. Pros and cons would be great. I have read reviews and am not sure which would be best. I am aware that fitness coach is half the price of sports active.
TY in advance.
The answer is, My Fitness Coach technically delivers a better workout, but is not nearly as fun to use as EA Sports Active. And from my experience, fun is the key to effective workouts with the Wii. Without fun, a game will sit on the shelf.
My Fitness Coach is basically a glorified exercise video. It doesn’t use the Wii’s capabilities nor controls. It’s just an on-screen voice telling you to do certain exercises. With EA Sports Active, you can use the Wii-mote, the nunchuks, and even the Balance Board (optionally), and it includes two cheap-yet-effective accessories (a resistance band and a nunchuk holder for your thigh).
So if I had to choose between the two, I would choose EA Sports Active, unless you are a very, very, very disciplined person who doesn’t need "fun" to stay motivated
I definitely have to agree with the 2nd response to this question with the David Ortiz and Jorge Posada one. As a Red Sox fan who DESPISES the Yankees, it’s still absolutely hilarious.
One of my favorite old school ones is when Stuart Scott and I believe it was Kenny Mayne do sportscenter in like, 9 different languages and a costume for each one.
The people who make these commercials are geniuses.
I am making a few products, but I wanted to know what permission do I need to put the official logo’s of sports teams, including colors, etc on something like this. An example would be if I made my own ball caps and I want to put an NBA, NFL team logo on it?
Let me know, thanks!
If you want to sell what you make, you will need to get a licence from the teams you want to use.
or equine sports psychology. Or anything horsey tbh! I have read that your better off doing a human course first, then specialising in equine, is this right? As i wanted to equine science but now i’m not so sure of the career prospects.
I’d suggest you look to find a psychology course which specialises in animal behaviour, that way you’ll get human and animal phychology. Mind you I”ve not looked into it much so I can only offer my thoughts on my limited grasp of psychology courses =)
I’m wondering how some school finance sports like track and field, swimming or golf.
There was an excellent article in Sports Illustrated recently on this very issue.
Basically, most "minor" sports, such track & field, swimming, and golf, are subsidized by the "revenue" sports, which are basketball and football. Many of these programs are virtual cash cows; i.ei. Louisville basketball provided $17+ million in profit to the university’s athletic program. Football contributed a lesser amount, but it was still several million dollars.
So much for the "big" successful university programs. Most programs don’t turn a profit, especially if you deduct "student athletic fees," which are mandatory for full-time students, and which can be several hundreds per year, per student. Add to the the costs associated with owning a football stadium (which is used, at most, 7 times a year), and most university athletic programs do NOT produce a profit. State subsidies, and contributions by sports-crazed alumni make up the rest.
i have visited alot of matched betting websites that do these bets and www.freebetprofits.com is probably the best but although skeptical about this i am willing to do it.
i worked out their bets on their site and the figures do add up.
what does everyone think?
You can do it, the trick is to find different casinos offering different odds and use that difference to give yourself a risk free wager. Here’s an example.
Casino 1: Has A a 2:1 favorite over B
Casino 2: Has A a 2.5:1 favorite over B
Now, if you bet 200 on A at casino 1 and 100 on B at casino 2 you CANNOT lose!
If A wins: collect 100 at 1, lose 100 at 2, zero profit
If B wins: lose 200 at 1, collect 250 at 2, profit $50
Wager 300 for a possible profit of 50 with zero risk. This is how to manipulate the odds. The tough part is finding casinos that offer odds like this (most give a line for a specific winning team, not a win/loss ratio). They do exist, you just have to look around. You can also do this by laying 4 separate bets on each team (A twice, B twice) to win if you’ve got a good head for math and the numbers are right. But that’s how you do it. If you can find two sites where the odds are signifigantly different it’s not all that tough. You do need a decent bankroll though.
Obviously I need some sports betting API’s and XML feeds, but I don’t know who will provide me with this. For example, who does Sportsbook and BoDog and other sites use? Im guessing they have created their own, but what about the smaller guys? Please help.
The larger guys hire people who know how to do the calculations. The smaller guys do it themselves. If you can’t do it, and you can’t afford to hire people, look for a different line of work. (Using a computer DOESN’T give you the ability to do something you don’t know how to do – it’s only a tool you use to do what you DO know how to do.)
