what are 3 different sports that have similar fitness needs?

this is the question my teacher has asked
Write down 3 different physical activities that have similar fitness needs.
Mention specific positions if this is relevant
Think about how the principle of specificity applies to these activities.
i was thinking maybe running swimming and cycling but i don’t really know what he means by how specificity applies to them

3 that I can think of are shot put, discus throwing and javelin as all of these would require good upper body strength.

i have this assignment for P.E and i need to put a picture of a sport for each fitness components: Endurance cardio / muscular, strength, flexibility, speed, power, agility, balance, co-ordination, speed of reaction and timing.

its quite a lot so what ever you can would be great

endurance – tennis (matches have lasted up around 5 hours and running on your bent knees realy puts alot of pressure on your calfes)

strenght – weight lifting (complete body strenght is required)

flexibility – takewondo

speed – 100m sprint

power – swimming

balance – gymnastics

co-ordination – boxing or soccer|

speed of reacting – sword fighting (the one where they use the swords like in the three muskateers, soori mate iv gone blank on the name)

Who is more fit in terms of cardiovascular fitness between two professional sports stars ?

what i want to know is, who is more fitter between a professional soccer star (eg. cristiano ronaldo) and a professional kickboxer (eg. Buakaw Por. Pramuk)

I would say the soccer star would be more fit cardiovascularly because he is running up and down the field. A kickboxer is also fit but it is testing his muscle endurance more than his lungs.
