  At Whites we are committed to bringing you the best products, period, which means you can rely on our workmanship and the quality of the materials we use. If, however, a garment does not meet your expectations, we back up our products with a solid warranty. The Whites standard warranty covers product workmanship for two years to the original purchaser. The materials are covered for a period of one year. Of course these warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, fading, misuse, or negligence. If you decide to attempt to repair the problem yourself and ruin the garment, you're on your own. In the case of custom made-to-measure items, the warranty is the same but the actual fit of the garment is warranted for 30 days. This should give you sufficient time to ensure it fits the way it should. Having said all this, any reasonable concern will be taken seriously and we'll do our best to get you back in the water, satisfied and on your way. Repairs or alterations, which are not covered by the warranty, will be billed to you for a reasonable fee. Factory seconds and clear-outs sold at a discount carry no warranty. |
