This is a fantastic …
This is a fantastic program!!!!! I am losing about a pound per week, using this 3x’s a week for 30 minutes each time. NO change in my diet. I have been using the resistance band portion of the program 2x’s per week. I have noticed a big difference in my stamina and I have lost a few inches overall. Great program.
