Richard Myerscough is the lead designer and a partner at Whites. He's been designing all types of suits and gear since 1989. To create innovative paddling gear, he draws on his experience with designing drysuits, wetsuits and accessories, for diving, watersports and search & rescue. Richard was on the 1988 Canadian Olympic windsurfing team and continues to be very active in surf-kayaking, kiteboarding, surfing and SCUBA diving.

Lars Sjoblom is the Sales Manager for Whites Paddlesports. Born in Sweden, Lars has been a resident of the lower mainland for 33 years. He is very active in outdoor sports, and has been paddling and building his own skin on frame kayaks (Bidarkas and Greenlanders) for years.
