Could a person be prosecuted for placing a sports bet in person in a registered vegas casino?


No, it’s legal in Vegas. It doesn’t matter where you actually live. I paid for my last trip to Vegas from the sportsbook! :)

    No, it’s legal in Vegas. It doesn’t matter where you actually live. I paid for my last trip to Vegas from the sportsbook! :)

    well, probably not one or two bets, but if you continually bet on the horse to finish second you probably have some illegal knowledge; and you will be caught
