Can the online sports betting site keep my money?

If I am under age and/or from texas and win money on an online sports betting site will they still pay out? Or is that grounds to keep my money?

Sometimes they will, sometimes they won’t. Depends if it’s legit or not.

    If you are under age then you have violated their terms and conditions so yes, they would likely be able to keep your money. At the very best they would not pay you any winnings on your money and just give you back your original deposit.

    They are all illegal in the states so they function overseas. They can pack up shop tom and leave you high and dry and there is nothing they can do about it. PERIOD no matter how old you are.

    hear me thay dont have to know your age so dont tell them simple as that find osmeone older than you to send them ther info.
    dont listen to all the panik answers here online gambling is legal in the usa only the transfer is elegal so for this you have lots of ways to get paid.
