DAP: Berjaya proceeding with sports betting bid
Berjaya Corporation aims to start sports betting operation as early as August and raise RM800 million to finance the venture, claims DAP publicity chief Tony Pua today.
This was revealed in an information memorandum by Berjaya Corp subsidiary Sports Toto (M) Sdn Bhd, copies of which were distributed by Pua at the Parliament lobby today.

what he’s worried …
what he’s worried abt is the negative speculation on sport betting especially foottball world cup being approved but not being declared, just a playing with words between PM and the Media. this brought down shares in sport Toto. This Idiot here more worried abt nvestors loosing money in gambling rather than looking at the issue of filthiest habit of gambling itself. He must be willing to put hundred thousand of share betting in football n Toto and asking for declaration from Pm.
